Workshops and Classes
Stina is certified to teach hoop dance by 'Hoopnotica' and she is also a qualified elementary school teacher with extensive dance education experience. She can teach large groups or private classes according to your needs. All classes include a warm-up, hoop conditioning, time for personal practice and reflection and a cool-down.
